THE EFFECTS OF MEDITATION - ON THE BODY, BRAIN & MIND/BEHAVIOUR - SCIENTIFIC EVIDENCE. Stages of meditation, to natural state of oneness. Learn different types of meditation, how to prepare for meditation. How meditation may lead to volume changes in key areas of the brain.

MODULE 3

Chakra Awareness - meditation and seven chakras. The anatomy of the chakras and how they are affected by meditation. Each chakra has a distinct vibration and certain mantras can be used to resonate and harmonize that particular energy. Breathing techniques and alternate nostril breathing.

Discover five natural virtues and the Power - in and the development of Affirmations. Writing of affirmations. Learn how to interrupt negative thoughts through affirmations and meditation. Awakening of body, emotional and intellectual intelligence.

Gyan Mudra

MODULE 5

Exploring mindfulness through sound vibrations and thoughts. Exploring how different sounds affect the power of the chakras, and their meaning. Releasing an unhealthy identity. Emergence and witness of consciousness and free will.

The Anatomy of Meditation (Retreat) - a retreat in person or on line for one week. Get to organize different meditation techniques and practice with friends and volunteers.
